Cloud Software by Lintelox

Engineering subscription software and scalable SaaS platforms

We build multi-tenant cloud products: from database-level organization isolation to automated recurring billing and role-based access. Building our own digital products means we understand the unit economics and engineering nuances from the inside out.

"Most software startups don't fail due to imperfect code. They fail because they spend nine months building secondary features instead of shipping in 6 to 8 weeks to validate real customer willingness to pay."
Igor CEO Lintelox (@Igor_LinteLox)

A pragmatic approach to your MVP

We strip out cosmetic complexity and concentrate solely on the primary workflow that solves your user's pain and generates revenue.

Phase 1 · Weeks 1–3

Core Value Engine

We engineer the single defining feature of your product. If it is an analytics tool, it calculates data accurately. If it is an email engine, it sends messages reliably. No distractions, just pure utility.

  • Database schema design with strict tenant isolation
  • Primary workflow execution and validation logic
  • Clean, functional UI focusing on user speed
Phase 2 · Weeks 4–6

Monetization & Access Control

We turn a functioning software script into a marketable commercial SaaS product. We connect recurring subscription checkout flows, member invitations, and seat quota restrictions.

  • Recurring billing via Stripe or Lemon Squeezy
  • Plan upgrade/downgrade logic and trial periods
  • Role-based access (Owner, Admin, Member) and JWT auth
Phase 3 · Production Launch

Deployment & Telemetry

We deploy the system to an auto-scaling cloud cluster, wire up event tracking, and establish error alerting pipelines so you can observe user interactions and onboarding funnels.

  • CI/CD zero-downtime automated deployment pipelines
  • Live telemetry and error alerting (Sentry)
  • Complete repository and architecture handover

The engineering foundation of your SaaS

Designed with modular architecture: scalable database patterns and clean API contracts allow the service to expand smoothly as your customer base grows.

Data Layer

Multi-Tenant Isolation

Strict tenant partition logic enforced at the database layer via PostgreSQL Row-Level Security (RLS) or dedicated schemas. Workspace A can never leak or access data belonging to Workspace B under any circumstances.

Monetization

Subscription Billing Engine

Automated subscription lifecycles handling tier upgrades, downgrades, usage-based meter aggregation, seat expansions, automated invoicing, tax calculation, and failed webhook retries.

Security

RBAC & Organization Governance

Granular permission matrices (Owner, Administrator, Team Member, Read-Only Guest). Email invite tokens, single-sign-on (SSO), two-factor authentication, and append-only administrative audit logs.

Performance

Asynchronous Task Workers

Resource-intensive jobs (PDF invoice creation, batch imports, external webhook distribution, transactional email) are offloaded to asynchronous Redis worker queues, ensuring the web interface responds instantly.

Engineered for horizontal growth

Our SaaS backends are designed stateless: servers never persist session state in local memory. During traffic spikes, new container replicas can spin up across clusters in seconds to absorb incoming load.

By implementing connection pooling (PgBouncer), indexed query structures, and selective Redis caching, API response latencies stay remarkably tight even under heavy concurrent read/write loads.

  • Stateless servers that can scale as traffic and product usage grow.
  • Database indexes, connection pools, and caching for frequent queries.
  • Backups, monitoring, and a clear recovery plan for the live service.
  • Request limits and API-level protection against overload.

Where your platform operates

We never lock your project into proprietary cloud vendors. You choose the jurisdiction and cloud provider that best fits your business model.

Global Cloud Clusters (AWS / Hetzner / DO)

Configured on globally distributed infrastructure with Cloudflare edge caching. Ideal for B2B platforms targeting clients across North America, Europe, and Asia.

Highlights: elastic auto-scaling, global CDN edge, GDPR compliance frameworks.

Self-Hosted Dedicated Hardware

Deployable to bare-metal servers or sovereign data centers using standard Docker containers and Kubernetes manifests for enterprise clients with strict regulatory needs.

Highlights: zero cloud markup fees, strict physical data residency, isolated private networks.

Frequently asked questions about SaaS

Essential details on launching and operating cloud products with Lintelox.

With disciplined scoping focused on the core value proposition, an MVP typically launches within 6 to 10 weeks. This includes Figma UI prototyping, database schema engineering, billing integration, automated testing, and cloud deployment.
We implement tenant isolation at the database layer using PostgreSQL Row-Level Security (RLS). Every query execution verifies the requesting user's Tenant ID context. Sensitive credentials such as API integration keys and authentication tokens are encrypted at rest using industry-standard AES algorithms.
For international products, we integrate Stripe Billing or Merchant of Record platforms such as Lemon Squeezy and Paddle. For localized domestic markets, we connect regional acquiring gateways with recurring card tokenization and automated tax invoicing.
Your company maintains full ownership of the backend code, database schemas, frontend interfaces, and deployment configurations. Repositories are hosted on your organization's GitHub or GitLab accounts with full administrative control.
Yes. We build using standard, widely adopted modern technologies (TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Docker) with automated test suites, clean linting rules, and comprehensive OpenAPI / Swagger specifications. An incoming developer will feel immediately familiar with the structure.
