Company, Team & Communication

How we organize delivery cycles, who takes technical responsibility, and how engagements begin.

Lintelox was founded in 2026 by software engineers Igor and Emil. We architect and develop production websites, cross-platform mobile apps, and SaaS platforms, alongside launching our own commercial digital products. Our primary differentiator is zero intermediary layers: you discuss architectural blueprints, sprint goals, and technical trade-offs directly with the founders and lead developers building your software.

We work with early-stage venture startups validating initial hypotheses as well as established companies digitizing core workflows or replacing brittle legacy software. For startups, we narrow down feature scope to ship a lean, functional MVP in 4 to 8 weeks for real user validation. For mature companies, we build resilient, high-throughput customer portals and internal operations platforms.

Your project team consists of senior developers led directly by co-founders Igor (architecture, security, system design) and Emil (operations, sprint execution, and timeline delivery). We set up a shared Telegram or Slack channel for instant daily touchpoints, share live task boards, and host weekly sprint demos displaying deployed features on staging environments.

We communicate fluently and write full architectural documentation, API contracts, inline code docstrings, and client handoff guides in both English and Russian. You can choose the working language that best suits your team and international investors.

Submit an inquiry through our contact form, email info@lintelox.com, or reach out directly via Telegram (@Igor_LinteLox or @Emil_Lintelox). We review your requirements, clarify technical specifics directly in chat, and outline a realistic delivery plan with clear milestones.

Web Engineering, CMS & SEO Performance

Delivery timelines, framework architecture, Core Web Vitals optimization, and CMS management.

Delivery schedules depend on page count, interactive requirements, and integrations. A focused single-page marketing or tech product launch takes 2 to 3 weeks. A multi-page corporate website with a structured service catalog and technical blog takes 3 to 6 weeks. Complex web platforms featuring user authentication, custom portals, and billing integrations start at 8 weeks. Fixed milestones are locked into the contract.

For marketing and corporate websites, we use Astro paired with TypeScript and Tailwind CSS, delivering instant page loads with zero unnecessary JavaScript runtime. For highly reactive web applications, we employ React and Next.js. When your team needs to manage copy and media independently, we integrate modern Headless CMS tools (Strapi, Sanity, or Decap CMS) where content is separated cleanly from application code, preventing plugin bloat and site breakage.

Technical SEO is built into the codebase from the initial markup: semantic HTML5 hierarchies, automated XML sitemaps, robots.txt rules, Schema.org JSON-LD structured data, and Open Graph meta previews. Astro static generation keeps the client bundle light and gives the project a strong basis for Core Web Vitals checks after launch.

Yes. When configured with a content management system, we tailor entry fields specifically to your content model. Following deployment, we deliver concise recorded video walkthroughs and host an onboarding session for your editorial team. Editing prices, publishing blog posts, or swapping promotional banners takes only a few clicks inside an intuitive visual dashboard.

Every deployed build includes 30 days of comprehensive post-launch warranty at zero additional cost: we immediately resolve any bugs or deviations from the agreed specifications. After the warranty window, you can transition to regular monthly maintenance or engage us on an on-demand hourly basis as new business requirements arise.

iOS & Android Development

Cross-platform vs native choices, App Store reviews, hardware sensors, and source code ownership.

React Native can be a good fit when the team already works with JavaScript or TypeScript. Flutter keeps the interface consistent across iOS and Android from one codebase. We compare the required integrations, timeline, and team experience; Kotlin can handle platform-specific Android features when needed.

Budgets are derived directly from the number of screens and backend API complexity. A functional mobile MVP (SMS/email authentication, categorized catalog/feed, detail screens, user profile, and secure REST API) starts from approximately $1,500 – $2,500. Full-featured commercial products with payment processing, live geolocated maps, in-app messaging, and push notifications typically range upwards of $5,000. We provide transparent, sprint-by-sprint hourly breakdowns.

Yes, we take care of the entire submission lifecycle end-to-end. We configure developer certificates and signing keys, prepare graphic assets and localized screenshots across all required device dimensions, fill out Privacy Manifest declarations, and manage official reviews with Apple App Review and Google Play Console until the app is publicly live.

We integrate industry-standard notification backends (Firebase Cloud Messaging, Apple APNs, OneSignal). We set up segmented audience broadcasts as well as programmatic transactional triggers (order status updates, booking confirmations). With deep linking, tapping a notification routes the user directly to the relevant interior screen rather than a generic home feed.

You retain 100% legal ownership of all written source code, Figma design files, UI kits, architectural schemas, and database configurations. Ownership is assigned directly to your company upon milestone completion and final invoice settlement. Code is pushed directly to your organization’s private GitHub or GitLab repository without restrictive proprietary licenses.

Subscriptions, Scaling & Cloud Infrastructure

Multi-tenant auth, recurring payment gateways, database resilience, and external API integrations.

To launch a SaaS product successfully, we engineer a rock-solid operational foundation: secure multi-tenant user authentication (email/password, OAuth social login, 2FA), role-based access controls (RBAC), subscription billing tiers with automated card renewals, customer self-service billing portals, administrative telemetry dashboards, and transactional email deliverability. This enables you to start onboarding paying subscribers immediately.

We integrate established payment infrastructure: Stripe Billing and Lemon Squeezy for global international payments, alongside localized payment gateways where regional currencies require it. The architecture handles recurring credit card charges, automated prorated plan upgrades/downgrades, free trial expirations, tax-compliant invoice generation, and automated dunning workflows for expired cards.

We design for horizontal scalability: backend APIs run inside stateless Docker containers, frequent read queries are cached in Redis with sub-millisecond latencies, and long-running computational jobs (PDF creation, batch analytics, external syncs) execute in asynchronous worker queues. PostgreSQL is hardened with connection pooling (PgBouncer) and automated encrypted snapshots replicated to isolated S3 object storage.

Yes. We build resilient integrations with external REST and GraphQL APIs. Our code implements exponential backoff retry algorithms to handle third-party downtime, validates incoming webhooks against cryptographic signatures, and logs request payloads in telemetry systems for rapid issue debugging.

All network transport is strictly encrypted with TLS 1.3, passwords are hashed with modern adaptive algorithms (Argon2 / bcrypt), and authorization tokens carry short lifetimes with automated refresh rotation. Payment card numbers are never stored on your servers: transactions are tokenized and processed exclusively by PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processors.

Pricing Models, Contracts & Delivery Guarantees

Milestone-based invoicing, timeline commitments, bilateral NDAs, and handling scope revisions.

We offer two transparent pricing structures: Fixed Price (locked cost and calendar deadline for projects with detailed technical requirements and approved Figma designs) and Time & Materials / Sprints (billing for verified engineering hours on flexible-scope products, venture MVPs, and long-term feature roadmaps). In both arrangements, you review an itemized task breakdown before work commences.

Never. Projects are divided into clear chronological milestones (discovery and wireframes, UI design, frontend markup, backend and integrations, testing and deployment). Each milestone requires a 30% to 50% deposit before kickoff, with the balance payable only after live demonstration and acceptance of the working deliverables.

Requirements evolution is natural during product development. When new feature requests or scope adjustments arise, we promptly evaluate their impact on architecture, budget, and delivery dates. You can either schedule the new requirements into an upcoming sprint or swap out equal-effort backlog items in the current phase with zero budget inflation.

Yes, all development is governed by legally binding bilateral contracts. Invoicing is processed through official corporate wire transfers accompanied by full closing accounting documentation and explicit IP assignment clauses.
